Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Coloring Sheets

The feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel’s feast day is on July 16! This is a very cool feast day to celebrate with your family because well, not only are all the Mary days fun (yay!) but they seem extra special when they appear to a Saint, and in this case she appeared to St. Simon Stock. She also gave him the scapular, and that is a big deal in the Catholic faith! If you’re looking for more fun ways to celebrate with your kids, you can find all my posts about living liturgically in July here. Today we are going to take a look at Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel coloring sheets for kids.

Why Coloring Pages Are So Great

There really isn’t an easier way to celebrate a day of the liturgical year with kids than to print coloring pages, is there? I think coloring pages are actually super great for kids they learn the symbolism and the imagery of each particular image. This way, even into adulthood, they will see a picture of that image and recognize it. “Hey look- it’s Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel!”

Stella Marigold Art (who I LOVE) has an absolutely beautiful coloring page of Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel! It includes St. Simon Stock and also a beautiful image of the scapular itself. It’s not free, it’s a $2 download, but it’s totally worth it!

Here is another beautiful option that is free from El Ricon de las Melli. I love Our Lady’s Expression in this one!

  1. Dear Lacy,
Great pics I also had found them too.
I am currently working on our plans for tomorrow but thought you might want to see what we did last year with some crafts. It is http://cherishedheartsathome.blogspot.com/search/label/Our%20Lady%20of%20Mount%20Carmel
That should get you last years post.
I am hoping to make some new recipes and some new crafts too
I just love how you are able to get it all together in advance. I am always just in time

    Hi,
I am trying to print the “Our Lady of Mount Carmel” coloring sheets—but it keeps sending me to some other site–with no link for printing. How can I print these regular size?
    Thanks for your hslp!
    God Bless,
    Jennifer

    • Those were coloring sheets to other sites. If the link isn’t working anymore, they might have taken them down or moved them.

The coloring pages are not printing because our website address has changed. You can go to:
    http://www.sjtb.org/releducolor.html
You can find all our coloring pages there.
or go to our church website, sjtb.org and click on religious education, then coloring pages.
Let me know if you have any more problems.
